  4. Contest Ends on Friday night, February 2nd, at 11:59 pm Pacific Time.

So what’s in these travel pouches? Specifically for these travel pouches, we’re roasting a naturally-processed Ethiopia Buno Dambi Uddo. With flavor notes of plump blueberry, blackberry, and cranberry juice, this is not simply a quick-and-easy way to brew and enjoy coffee, but it’s excellent coffee as well. When you order, we’ll fill the pouches with coffee that was roasted that week to ensure freshness.

Each pouch comes with 15 grams of coffee and a single-use pourover filter. The coffee is ground moments before going inside the filter, which is also sealed (that way, the coffee isn’t spilled everywhere inside the pouch.

When it comes time to brew, tear open the pouch, then tear open the pourover filter, place the filter with coffee in it on your mug, and pour your hot water. Since most of you probably are not carrying a thermometer when going on bicycle adventures, bring the water to a boil, wait a moment after you take the water off the heat, and then pour. A scale always helps. Use 225 grams of water when brewing.

We’re excited to share these travel pouches with you! We can’t wait to see your photos or videos of you brewing with our travel pouches!
