One of the exciting projects we’re working on is providing co-branded coffee with a few different brands, from clothing and apparel brands to bike shops to non-profit trail-building groups and more. As we’ve been developing this program, we realized that more and more brands are interested. So how does it work?

Our goal is to make co-branded coffee an easy process for everyone involved. In a nutshell, together, we create a label to put on our coffee bags (with your artwork). You sell the coffee (your coffee) on your website, bike shop, and at events.

10oz bags of coffee sell for $15-$20, depending on the coffee. That is what you charge when you sell it. We charge you $10 per bag. That means you make a $5-$10 profit per bag when you sell a bag. When people buy your coffee, the money goes to you. We send you an invoice for $10 times the number of bags you sold (plus shipping).

If you’re selling coffee online, you take the payment and notify us when an order comes. We’ll fulfill the order. That means you don’t need to have any coffee on hand, nor are there any upfront costs other than labels (unless you order coffee to have on hand in your shop, at events, etc.). If you want us to print the labels locally here in Portland, we’ll charge you for those costs.

It’s as simple as that. No, seriously, it is.
