Want to Carry Loam Coffee in Your Bike Shop, Coffee Shop, or Airbnb?
It has been an absolute blast rebuilding the Loam Coffee brand. Sure, updating the website and growing engagement and followers on social media is the easy part (and so much fun). That means more conversations and new relationships that turn into friendships. Adding new coffee offerings and merch is also thoroughly enjoyable. Rebooting the Loam Ambassador Program means more people are connected to the Loam Family. So what is next for Loam Coffee?
A lot.
However, for today’s article, I’m highlighting one of the features we’re working on—getting Loam Coffee into more bike shops, coffee shops, and Airbnbs. Yes, there are innumerable other excellent coffee roasters and brands out there—lots to choose from who are doing exceptional work. Our niche is focused on two-wheeled pedaled-powered adventures … enduro, DH, XC, gravel, bikepacking, etc. Not only that, but we’re active in supporting trail-building efforts. That’s why it makes sense for us to be in bike shops. Honestly, there’s nothing better than the smell of new tires mixed with bike grease plus freshly-roasted coffee.
So how does it work? Loam Coffee can be sold in our 10oz bags in your bike shop or cafe. You can also serve our coffee (also available in 5lb bags) using batch brew, pourovers, AeroPress, or espresso, whether you have a bike shop, cafe, bed and breakfast, Airbnb, and more. If you want, we can also add coffee brewing equipment to your order so you’re set up with everything you need to brew coffee in your shop.
Don’t worry; we keep it simple. Why? Most often, those serving coffee in a bike shop are mechanics and sales staff, not baristas. We’ll help you with a simple setup to brew coffee that’s easy and replicable.
Co-branded coffee is another feature we’re offering to bike shops, bike brands, and trail-building organizations. In other words, your own coffee with your label on it. We’ll handle all the backend fulfillment; you only need to promote your coffee. This is also a great way to raise funds for trail-building non-profits, women-only mountain bike clinics, NICA teams, and more.
