Introducing the Spring 2023 LOAM Zine
One of the fun aspects of running Loam Coffee is figuring out how to add value to your life. In other words, to keep giving back and serving you. This is what families do, right? Yes, we roast and sell coffee as well as offer other things like hats, t-shirts, beanies, etc. But I’m always thinking through what we can do as a brand to enrich your life.
Our newsletter is one such thing. Often, brands only send out an email newsletter to sell-sell-sell. That’s not wrong or misguided or anything like that, as we get it. And so we stay subscribed just in case a sweet deal comes our way. After a quick glance, we often hit “delete” and move on. Instead, I see newsletters as a more personal way to communicate with our Loam Family. You see, you’re willingly sharing one of your most precious things with us … your email. Sure, it may be your email that you only use for junk emails, but at least you shared. :-)
I’m excited to announce the release of our Spring 2023 LOAM Zine. Yes, our own little digital magazine. Who knows, maybe someday I’ll make this a print zine, but for now, it’s digital-only. It’s only fitting, too, since one of the articles talks about now having two brands under the same roof … Loam Coffee and Trail Builder Magazine. What does that mean going forward?
This magazine is free. A gift. All you have to do is sign up for our newsletter. That’s it.
So what can you expect in this Spring 2023 issue of the LOAM Zine? Four articles: (1) Behind the Scenes at Loam Coffee, (2) Loam Coffee x Trail Builder Magazine, (3) Serving Coffee in a Van to Trail Builders, and (4) Gravel Riding with the Travel AeroPress. The best way to read would be apps like Books on your iPad.
